ABOUT YOUR HANDMADE SOAP
To make sure that your soap lasts as long as possible, please store it in a dry area when not in use. Use a draining soap dish or remove it from the shower when you are not using the soap. Handmade soap can melt into a gooey puddle if it is left in standing water.
Please read the ingredient list on any product before using it. If you are allergic to any of its ingredients, do not use it. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. We are not responsible for the misuse of our product.
We know that many of our soaps and other products may look and/or smell like food, however, we do not sell food products. Please do not eat them. Keep out of reach of small children.
While some of our products may contain hemp derived ingredients, such as, hemp seed oil or hemp milk, none of our products contain any THC or CBD oil.
Our products are not intended to treat or cure any disease or condition. We make no medical claims or statements regarding any of our products.
Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Orders for in stock items are generally shipped within 3 business days. If your order is delayed for any reason, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
Lost/Damaged Shipments: If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will file a claim and replace or refund your order immediately!
Returned Shipments: If for any reason your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. The cost to reship a package will be billed via invoice sent to your email. You may opt to have your returned order refunded, however, the refund amount will only be processed for the amount of the merchandise. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
RTS: If for any reason, a return to sender is initiated after we receive confirmation of delivery to an address you provided and the package is not returned to us for any reason, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. We cannot offer any refunds on orders which were not returned to us and we can no longer file a claim on the package once it has been delivered.
SHIPPING POLICY UPDATE --MARCH 2022
Due to recent rise in fraudulent chargebacks that all small businesses have been experiencing lately, we have found it necessary to update our shipping policy.
For customers placing a first-time order with us, if the value of that order is $99 or more, the order may be shipped with designated signature delivery required.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but this policy has been put in place not only to protect us, but also to help us keep our prices as low as possible for our customers.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons. If there is an issue with your order through some error on our end we will make every effort to correct the issue. We can not refund your purchase for such reasons as:
-You left the soap in water and it dissolved.
-The scent is different than you anticipated. *Everyone's sense of smell is different, we do our best to describe the fragrance.
-You didn't know you were allergic to it. *Neither did we.
-Your package was damaged, lost, or stolen after delivery.
You used the product for a purpose other than its intended use and it did not work for that purpose.
