To help your handmade soaps last as long as possible, store them in a dry, well-ventilated area when not in use 

Remove any unwanted botanical embellishments before first use.

You may rinse off any mica or glitter embellishment from the top of the soap by holding it under running water for a few seconds before first use if you would prefer to remove the sparkles
